This mixed media/collage (symbolic self portrait) has a double meaning for me.

First...The window you see is from a photo I took of what was the attic in this 1880 house. Now my studio, those windows had to be replaced. Yet..I can still visualize and feel it, as it was. The image for me then meant to open my mind up creatively..stepping out of my comfort zone.
Sharing it with you is the same.

Second (and most recent..now)
Sometimes we have to step away from a familiar way of thinking. I confess, I’ve been called stubborn. I preferred to call it determination or tenacity. Alas…stubborn does fit. Anyway, I’ve recently changed my way of thinking about a situation (after decades). It is a private matter of heart.
As Amit Ray's quote so beautifully expresses…I can breathe the fresh (cleansing) air, light came through, and new truths were revealed to me.

My “mindset” is changed and I feel free! The possibilities are endless..creatively and within life itself.

Maybe some of you can relate to this?
Even if only one of you, I am pleased to simply be a messenger.
Seek positive energies..within time, places, and people! 🌀
